Alcohol Inks on Convex mirror film
H 1000 mm x W 1000mm x D 150 mm
The Tui is a native New Zealand bird and the pohutukawa is a native tree. They remind me of and keep me close to home. This is 1 of 3 in this series.
The unexpected beauty caught in the reflection is one of the amazing things about this piece. Shine a light on this and watch your room light up in brilliant and intense colour. I love it and I promise you will too!
I absolutely enjoyed creating this artwork as I was experimenting with different colourways with alcohol inks on a convex mirror film which is an exciting medium to work with. This artwork is 1 of 1 and comes in 100cm diameter by 15cm deep convex film structure.
As well as producing new paintings and art to add to my own collection, I also work on commissions for private clients across the world. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements or any questions you may have.
